Samantha styled my daughter’s hair. Initially, she displayed a lack of enthusiasm towards understanding my daughter's preferences. She appeared disinterested, failing to inquire about my daughter's desired hairstyle. Despite showing her a picture of the desired hair color (light-grayish highlights), Samantha's execution was subpar. My daughter's request for light-grayish highlights on her brown hair with light yellow ends was not met. Instead, only a few gray highlights were applied to the top, neglecting the ends. The result was a stark contrast between the top and ends, causing my daughter distress. It is disheartening when a supposedly experienced hairdresser delivers such a disappointing outcome, showing a lack of concern for their clients.
