Excellent salon that values hair health and provides high-quality service. Not rushed, I received a trim and blowout, both very well done. I highly recommend this salon.
I have visited this location and they do outstanding work. The individual who usually tends to my partner's hair is Eddie. Eddie is impeccable in his craft. Today, on the 14th of October, I arrived at this location around 5:00. As my partner was about to open the door, we found it locked, with everyone inside not acknowledging us. Customers were getting their haircuts, and despite my knocking, no one bothered to even turn around or acknowledge us. So, I decided to call the location to inquire about the situation. The response I received was that they were closing early due to a specific circumstance. I informed them that I was standing outside, knocking on the door, hoping for some acknowledgment and information about the early closure. It would have been professional and courteous to do so. Instead, the person I spoke to was polite but mentioned that the sign was off, yet people were still inside with the lights on, attending to customers. My main complaint is the lack of acknowledgment while I was physically present there, rather than having to call. We are loyal customers who appreciate the quality of work, but today's experience was unacceptable. Upon returning to my vehicle with my partner, another gentleman approached the door, knocked, and did receive a response from someone inside indicating that they were closed. I simply ask for the same respect, which would have been greatly appreciated.
The wait was not long, the owner's daughter cut my hair and charged me $55. I asked for 3 long layers with a long face frame. She gave me multiple uneven layers, cutting off a lot of my length. I deeply regret coming to this location. I observed her cutting my hair in the mirrors... no artistry in her skills at all, lacking passion or enthusiasm. I will definitely need to visit another salon to fix the nightmare she left me with. I regret coming here. 0 stars
