I have been a patron for approximately a year. The staff pays close attention to the specifics of the haircut you desire. Edwin is my preferred stylist at the salon, although all of them are highly skilled.

I reached out twice to inquire about walk-in availability, but the call was abruptly ended both times before I could complete my question. My partner also tried calling, only to experience the same treatment. This kind of customer service is unacceptable. As a result, we decided not to visit the establishment.
