Samantha styled my daughter’s hair. Initially, she displayed a lack of enthusiasm towards understanding my daughter's preferences. My daughter's request for light-grayish highlights on her brown hair with light yellow ends was not met. Instead, only a few gray highlights were applied to the top, neglecting the ends. The result was a stark contrast between the top and ends, causing my daughter distress. It is disheartening when a supposedly experienced hairdresser delivers such a disappointing outcome, showing a lack of concern for their clients. My daughter was upset throughout the day following the visit.
