After being a loyal customer for four years, I have decided to never return. Although I appreciate Tina's service for my eyebrows, the male staff member at the front desk with glasses displayed extreme rudeness. When inquiring about eyebrow services, he responded dismissively and even gestured for us to leave. His lack of customer service skills was appalling. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.About

Alexis is phenomenal! They were able to accommodate me in their schedule the day after my service request. I opted for sugaring: full legs, Brazilian, and underarms. Their space was exceptionally clean, they were incredibly professional and made me feel extremely at ease, and they're very thorough! Alexis definitely takes their time to ensure they're catching every tiny hair and leaving none behind!
