After being a loyal customer for four years, I have decided to never return. Although I appreciate Tina's service for my eyebrows, the male staff member at the front desk with glasses displayed extreme rudeness. When inquiring about eyebrow services, he responded dismissively and even gestured for us to leave. His lack of customer service skills was appalling. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.About

Although I don't reside in Fredericksburg, I noticed Nail Studio while visiting the laundromat nearby and the former Big Lots store. Today, on a whim after work, I decided to stop by for a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Tina did an exceptional job and was incredibly welcoming. Suspected discriminatory actions. This establishment supposedly welcomes walk-ins, so I entered 30 minutes before their stated opening time as the sign indicated they were open. Upon arrival, I was immediately told they were fully booked and asked if I had an appointment, without inquiring about it first. I responded negatively, mentioning the supposed possibility of walk-ins. It was a Saturday morning at 8:30. The response from the nail technician was a blunt no. There was no effort made to suggest a return time that day or the next, but rather, I was told to return the following Saturday. This struck me as odd. I was the only customer present aside from one being attended to, with another technician idly sitting. I became suspicious as the demeanor of the person I interacted with seemed peculiar and indifferent. I observed from the parking lot as they promptly served white customers without delay or questioning, while turning away other black customers. Caution is advised with such establishments. If they advertise walk-ins, there should be a staff member available to accommodate walk-ins. Yet, it seemed that walk-in services were not accessible to individuals who resembled me at this salon. As usual, Cameron does an outstanding job on my nails. He's the only one I trust with them, unless he's on vacation. In those rare cases, his father steps in, which is fine, but it's just not the same as having Cameron do them. He deserves a top grade of three A's for his work. Thank you so much.
