Kaia is truly exceptional! The finest haircut and color I've had in all my 41 years!!! I've never made such a statement before or disclosed my age ;-). She absolutely nailed my color today! I stumbled upon this gem of talent and a delightful personality after taking a leap of faith and booking an appointment for my son's first haircut in four years (we resorted to DIY after a disastrous cut in 6th grade). Witnessing the smile on his face after Kaia's remarkable work was a priceless moment. He exuded confidence, which is invaluable for a 16-year-old with a unique style. Her skillful texturizing of his thick hair convinced me that she was the perfect choice for both of us!!! This area is now graced with the presence of this incredibly talented soul!

Voss Salon is truly exceptional! The proprietors, Theo and Sawyer, exude warmth and kindness! Their team is consistently welcoming, from scheduling appointments to settling payments! I had been a longtime client of Sawyer, who possesses remarkable talent, but due to a shift in my schedule, I had to switch stylists! Victoria, who previously apprenticed under Sawyer, became my new stylist, and she is equally outstanding! I intend to remain a loyal patron for many years to come!

If you are contemplating a visit to their salon for a hair transformation, think twice, reconsider! The initial image I shared via email as an inspiration for the desired style is depicted in the first picture; however, the outcome we received is portrayed in the subsequent images. I was informed that the process would take 45 minutes to an hour. After waiting for an hour and a half for my daughter, I decided to check on her. To my astonishment, Olivia (the stylist) seemed to lack the necessary expertise. She appeared to be unfamiliar with the required techniques. Upon inquiring about the progress and hearing various excuses from the "stylist," she eventually admitted that she would not be able to achieve the desired look. Moreover, no efforts were made to rectify the situation. The braid was sloppily executed, and the ponytail was unraveling. It was a complete disaster! None of the salon staff offered assistance with my daughter's hair, yet they made me and my daughter feel uncomfortable by exchanging glances and gossiping amongst themselves. There was a lack of accountability. The owner should feel ashamed for allowing a stylist to attempt a task for which they were unprepared. Neither the owner nor the manager approached me to address the issue or offer an apology; only the receptionist did so, and they ultimately decided not to charge for the service. The entire experience was highly unprofessional. I was left to rectify the situation at home. All of this was in preparation for my daughter's prom. It was the most disappointing and disheartening experience, urging you to think twice and reconsider!
