After being a loyal customer for four years, I have decided to never return. Although I appreciate Tina's service for my eyebrows, the male staff member at the front desk with glasses displayed extreme rudeness. When inquiring about eyebrow services, he responded dismissively and even gestured for us to leave. His lack of customer service skills was appalling. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment.
I requested the removal of my acrylic nails and the application of gel polish on my natural nails. I was left in acetone for an hour without any consideration for my comfort, my hands were burning. The technician seemed clueless about what to do next and wanted to put me back in acetone. When I explained that my hands were sensitive and burning, she refused to continue. The result was unsatisfactory, and I am deeply disappointed. I do not recommend this place, especially for nail services. Also, their pedicure tools were not properly sanitized.
The staff members were pleasant and welcoming. Despite being busy, they efficiently guided me to sign in, and the waiting time was reasonable (around 10 minutes). My nail technician was friendly and effectively communicated the steps I needed to take for a Deluxe Pedicure.
