Suspected discriminatory actions. This establishment supposedly welcomes walk-ins, so I entered 30 minutes before their stated opening time as the sign indicated they were open. Upon arrival, I was immediately told they were fully booked and asked if I had an appointment, without inquiring about it first. I responded negatively, mentioning the supposed possibility of walk-ins. It was a Saturday morning at 8:30. The response from the nail technician was a blunt no. There was no effort made to suggest a return time that day or the next, but rather, I was told to return the following Saturday. This struck me as odd. I was the only customer present aside from one being attended to, with another technician idly sitting. I became suspicious as the demeanor of the person I interacted with seemed peculiar and indifferent. I observed from the parking lot as they promptly served white customers without delay or questioning, while turning away other black customers. Caution is advised with such establishments. If they advertise walk-ins, there should be a staff member available to accommodate walk-ins. Yet, it seemed that walk-in services were not accessible to individuals who resembled me at this salon. Perhaps I should consider starting a podcast to shed light on businesses with discriminatory practices.

This is truly one of the finest salons for nails I've found in the Fxbrg region! The prices are quite reasonable for the top-notch and efficient service they provide for a pedicure or a manicure, or both! I've been attended to by nearly all the nail technicians here, but my preferred choice is Tammy ❤️— she's incredibly kind, courteous, and professional, assisting me in achieving the perfect nail design I desire 🤩! I've become a regular patron and will continue to be as long as I'm in the vicinity 💅🏾
