I have been a loyal customer at this establishment for years and have consistently received exceptional results. The staff is wonderful, and my nails and feet always look and feel amazing after each visit, with long-lasting results.
I revisited a spot from half a decade ago, and the atmosphere felt chilly and unwelcoming. The individual attending to me appeared visibly irritated, sighing and showing signs of annoyance throughout. As he worked on my nails, they turned out thinner than I preferred, prompting me to request more thickness. Despite this, he seemed exasperated. I was perplexed by the high rating of 4.5 stars for this place. I have decided that I will not return and will stick with my usual nail salon. This experience left me feeling unwelcome. Despite repeatedly asking for squared nails, he still rounded the corners, even though he acknowledged my preference. Could it be that he lacks the desire to work diligently?
After a disappointing experience at another nail salon, I visited Diane Nails and was thrilled with the service provided by the incredible nail technician, Long. Long went above and beyond to not only take care of my nails but also to transform them into works of art. I highly recommend booking an appointment with Long for your next visit. You will not only leave with beautiful nails but also have a fantastic time. It's definitely worth every penny!
