I hate to share this because I truly adore this place. I've frequented here for over a decade, and 95% of the time, they deliver exceptional service. It usually leaves me feeling less pain and my muscles more relaxed. However, this recent visit was a letdown. I left feeling worse, and it felt like a waste of money. The therapist seemed rushed, merely skimming my skin and applying minimal pressure. There was little focus on working the muscles, especially in my lower back where I had requested more attention. The session felt hurried and more irritating than beneficial. I wish I could articulate it better, but this was far from a good massage experience. Absolutely adore Anchor Nails and Spa! The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. Our conversations are always a blast, filled with laughter and shared stories. It feels like a gathering with close friends every time I visit. The service is consistently top-notch, ensuring my nails and toes look and feel fantastic. I always leave with a smile, never disappointed. The salon is impeccably clean, the atmosphere lively, and the overall experience refreshing. My hands and feet look impeccable every time, thanks to their skilled work. Undoubtedly one of the finest nail salons around, and the pricing is very reasonable. I entered on Tuesday evening and they promptly attended to me! Lovely studio, well-kept, and all were very friendly. Taylor did an outstanding job and was efficient, truly skilled! I will definitely return for more acrylic sets from Taylor!! The french tip and shape were flawlessly executed. I haven't adored my nails in ages, so happy to have found my new go-to. Hand and Stone is a fantastic spot to alleviate stress and address minor pains you may be experiencing. I personally visited after a decade without a massage, with slight shoulder tightness, and left feeling better than I have in a long while. The team is welcoming, caring, and efficient in scheduling appointments and explaining their range of services. Give them a try. You'll be impressed. Not sure of the name of my technician today, but she was an older lady with glasses. She was quite reserved and ended up using the wrong color I had requested. Despite that, I was somewhat content with the outcome. I didn't mention anything because I didn't want to spend more time redoing the polish, but overall, I like them.
