I entered on Tuesday evening and they promptly attended to me! Lovely studio, well-kept, and all were very friendly. Taylor did an outstanding job and was efficient, truly skilled! I will definitely return for more acrylic sets from Taylor!! The french tip and shape were flawlessly executed. I haven't adored my nails in ages, so happy to have found my new go-to. Not sure of the name of my technician today, but she was an older lady with glasses. She was quite reserved and ended up using the wrong color I had requested. Despite that, I was somewhat content with the outcome. I didn't mention anything because I didn't want to spend more time redoing the polish, but overall, I like them. I hate to share this because I truly adore this place. I've frequented here for over a decade, and 95% of the time, they deliver exceptional service. It usually leaves me feeling less pain and my muscles more relaxed. However, this recent visit was a letdown. I left feeling worse, and it felt like a waste of money. The therapist seemed rushed, merely skimming my skin and applying minimal pressure. There was little focus on working the muscles, especially in my lower back where I had requested more attention. The session felt hurried and more irritating than beneficial. I wish I could articulate it better, but this was far from a good massage experience.
