The facility is fantastic - clean and professional. However, there is a requirement to fill out and sign a contract for piercings or tattoos. I was informed that changing jewelry a couple of weeks after the initial piercing would be free, but that was not the case. There is a $10 fee for the change, in addition to the cost of the new jewelry if desired. Despite this, I am satisfied with the service and would consider returning.
Upon entering the establishment, I noticed the person at the front desk was resting with her head down and appeared displeased about assisting a customer. I had come in to seek advice on resolving complications with a piercing and to purchase new jewelry. When I spoke with the piercing specialist, I was taken aback by her negative attitude. Despite this, I pushed through to alleviate the discomfort I was feeling. As I explained my situation and what had occurred, I was met with condescending comments and unpleasant glares. Despite the pain I was experiencing, I needed guidance from an "expert." When I inquired about the best way to reduce irritation and prevent snagging, I was told, "I can't recommend which jewelry to choose." When I asked whether changing the jewelry or removing it would be preferable, the response was, "I can't advise you on whether it will worsen or if you should take it out," all while she tried to retreat to her piercing room, seemingly uninterested in providing customer service. As I attempted to select jewelry to alleviate my pain, she remarked, "Who just leaves their lights shining like that?" I explained that my car's lights were automatic and it was getting dark. She insisted they were on when I arrived, although she couldn't have known as she was in her room until someone fetched her. At that point, I left without utilizing any services or making a purchase, as it was evident from the start that my patronage was unwelcome.
I visited with my partner for walk-in piercings. I had my eyebrow pierced, while she opted for double high nostrils. Eve did an excellent job on both, especially the high nostrils, which were perfectly aligned. My eyebrow piercing turned out flawlessly. The process was quick and straightforward, and I would recommend this place.
