Baxter & Company is an amazing salon. You will not be disappointed. Everyone that works here is polite and professional. Jordan is fantastic!!! I adore my color and cut. They are always willing to try something different on my hair!
I had a truly awful experience at this salon. A stylist (from another salon) had to cancel my appointment last minute, but I still wanted to get my hair done. After calling around, I made an appointment here based on a recommendation from a friend. When I booked the appointment, I specified one thing - I didn't want a junior stylist. Turns out, that's exactly who they booked me with. (This was a second career for Taylor, so age was not an immediate giveaway to their lack of experience, unfortunately I didn't know until it was too late.) Long story short, their foils bled, the owner Samantha attempted to fix it (she didn't), and they still charged me. Now I'm out that money and what it will cost me to have a color correction done (which is going to be quite a bit, I'm sure 😭). I understand mistakes happen, the owner could have made it right and didn't, even though she knew a problem occurred with her receptionist (booking with a junior stylist) and with the work done on my hair.
I have been going to Baxter and Company for several months and have had an outstanding experience. The atmosphere is very professional, clean, and modern. The salon is very up-to-date with new styles and trends. Baxter & Company also offers their exclusive line of hair care products that are fantastic! My stylist is Riley, and she has always done an incredible job on my hair and makeup. I would highly recommend Baxter & Company!!
