I have been visiting Sarah for a monthly Swedish massage for some time now. She truly excels in her craft and has a deep understanding of the body. Sarah's gentle and kind nature brings positivity into the world. I cannot praise her skills and expertise in the art of massage enough. Thanks to her, my life has seen healing and renewal!
I had a gel manicure done on Tuesday evening, but they started peeling off as soon as I got home. I couldn't go back until Thursday to have them fixed, and by then, all the gels had peeled off. I was charged again for something that wasn't my fault. Who would want to return within a day and a half to rectify a mistake and be charged a second time? It was disappointing how the staff handled this situation. I was surprised to be charged the full manicure price for fixing an issue I didn't cause.
It is evident that this establishment primarily focuses on hair and nails. While they do offer massages, it seems like an afterthought, and this lack of emphasis reflects in the guest experience. I had visited in the past and enjoyed amenities like the hot tub, couples massages, and relaxing with a glass of wine. However, this recent visit was a stark contrast. I was aware that the hot tub was no longer available due to Covid, but I had arranged with the receptionist to arrive early for my boyfriend's birthday. We were supposed to have a relaxing time with a glass of champagne before our massages. Upon arrival, we were left unattended in a room for over 25 minutes until I had to seek assistance. The lack of communication was evident. The massage therapist arrived just three minutes before our scheduled appointment, unprepared. There were no shoes in the male locker room, and no keys for the lockers, forcing us to use the female facilities. We had no time to relax as planned. The second therapist was late, causing a delay in our massages. The quality of the massages was subpar, making this the worst spa experience I've ever had. Despite the staff knowing our dissatisfaction, no effort was made to address or rectify the situation. I will not be returning to this establishment.
