I visited the Hand Stone location in Pittsburgh for a facial. Taylor, the esthetician, did an outstanding job. It was the most rejuvenating facial I've had in years. The facility was impeccably clean and had a serene ambiance. The receptionist was very polite, providing detailed information about their membership program. I will definitely request Taylor for my next appointment. Exceptional service from beginning to end! My facial by Shannan was an hour of pure relaxation. She performed a facial, scalp, and hand massage, a paraffin wax treatment, and all the products had delightful scents and were gentle on my sensitive skin. Following that, Jen gave me an amazing massage. She tailored her technique to my preferences, leaving me feeling incredibly relaxed, like a bowl of jelly in the best way possible.
