My experience at Supercuts today was fantastic. Amanda handled my haircut, and she did a phenomenal job while being personable and friendly. We had a pleasant conversation and shared some laughs. Her great sense of humor and constant smile were wonderful traits! I will specifically request her for my next haircut!
We visited today as walk-ins, as the automated system indicated just a one-minute wait. However, the team on duty was fully booked but managed to accommodate us despite the mix-up. My 14-year-old son had a poorly done haircut a few weeks ago at a local salon, resembling a longer version of the 3 Stooges bowl cut, which needed correction. He was quite apprehensive about getting another haircut after his previous bad experience. We were attended by Amanda, who was kind, incredibly patient, made my son feel at ease, and kept him informed at every stage to not only rectify the bad cut but also give him the desired style. She acknowledged the poor haircut and took a moment to figure out how to work her magic on it. When she inquired about his preferred style, no pictures could capture what he had in mind - a taper-like fade with a textured, messy longer top/front. His straight/fine hair with numerous cowlicks presented a challenge. Despite the mess on his head, she did a fantastic job! Despite fitting him in between appointments, she took her time and maintained consistent communication with him. She mentioned that it's an ongoing process, and we will definitely return! My son was thrilled with the outcome. Excellent work and thank you! 😊
Amanda has styled my hair on two occasions now. Simply the best. Warm, inviting, and skilled at her craft! Would recommend her to anyone.
