I wouldn't even give them a single star! My daughter had her hair done by Nadia herself and the result was a disaster. The back resembles an undercut, while the rest just hangs straight instead of flipping out as it should. The neckline is cut too high. My daughter had longer hair, but they cut it all off. The bangs in the front are uneven and no longer flip out; she completely chopped them off. It completely ruined my daughter's haircut.
