I have a physically demanding job and spend a lot of time driving, so I had been searching for a good masseuse nearby for a while. The therapists at QQ1 are fantastic, just what I needed. I usually opt for a deep tissue massage. It also helps improve my sleep. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment.
I am taken aback by the 4.5-star ratings this spa has garnered. I visited by appointment on Monday and had the most disappointing massage of my life. While the staff were polite, the therapist (Sarah) appeared fatigued, lacking enthusiasm in her work. Age was not a factor, as I have witnessed older individuals deliver exceptional massages. The touch was too gentle, lacking the necessary firmness. She kept checking the clock, moving her hand back and forth in one spot for extended periods. I regret spending $80 here, and the cleanliness did not meet expectations. Despite a long hot shower, I cannot shake off the negative experience. I would not recommend this place.
My partner surprised me with a Thai massage from this place and it was incredibly relaxing! I had such a fantastic experience and afterward, my body felt rejuvenated. The room had soothing music playing and the atmosphere was just right. I appreciated that during the Thai massage, my masseur checked in to ensure the pressure was suitable for me. Two weeks later, I took my mother for an appointment and she also had a lovely time. We value the professionalism and service provided here, and will definitely return :)
