Shopping at Sephora has always been a challenge for me, mainly due to the crowded mall locations and the lack of personalized attention from the staff. However, my experience at Ulta Beauty was a pleasant surprise. I received wonderful assistance from a kind individual who helped me find the hair products I needed and even provided information about the store. I was delighted to contribute to the Breast Cancer donation through the Ulta Beauty Foundation. I adore this place and it will now be my go-to shopping destination.

Thanks to her expertise, she managed to restore my hair's health, instilling confidence in me to proceed with adding more color. Margarita's dedication to ensuring healthy and stunning hair is truly commendable!
Firstly, as a man browsing for a fragrance as a gift, I found the fragrance section in the store to be quite disappointing. The majority of testers were empty and many products lacked testers altogether. The selection was limited and to top it off, the employees seemed disinterested in assisting me. I have no intention of returning to that store.
