Shopping at Sephora has always been a challenge for me, mainly due to the crowded mall locations and the lack of personalized attention from the staff. However, my experience at Ulta Beauty was a pleasant surprise. I received wonderful assistance from a kind individual who helped me find the hair products I needed and even provided information about the store. I was delighted to contribute to the Breast Cancer donation through the Ulta Beauty Foundation. I adore this place and it will now be my go-to shopping destination.

I felt at ease with minimal discomfort. She provided thorough information on prepping and post-care. The receptionist was informative about waxing deals and savings. I had such a great experience with Jenna at VIBE Salon and left feeling so happy. I saw her for a cut and balayage and she blew me away! She knew EXACTLY what to do and through our conversations, I had full trust in her with my hair. The balayage and cut was absolutely perfect and my time at the salon was overall fun and really relaxing. Jenna is an ARTIST with hair and I'll 100% be back in the future. My experience was fantastic. This was my third tattoo with Marlon, and it was as enjoyable as ever. I had envisioned a traditional minuteman skeleton with aviation wings, and he brought it to life beautifully. Marlon truly listens to your ideas and goes above and beyond to realize them, all while maintaining a friendly demeanor. The Route 9 team was welcoming and wonderful throughout the entire process.
