If it were possible to give this establishment zero stars, I would! I went in for a dip manicure, everything seemed fine initially. However, after just six days, all my nails were cracked and chipping. Upon returning to have them fixed, I was met with dismissal and told they were busy. Despite offering to wait, others who arrived after me were being attended to first. I felt invisible and neglected. Eventually, the technician at booth number 2 approached me and suggested applying another top coat as a solution. This was unacceptable given the state of my nails. I left feeling disappointed, having spent $50 plus a $10 tip for subpar service. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone. Improved customer service training is necessary for all staff, particularly the technician at booth number 4 who needs to grasp the proper process for a dip manicure.
