If it were possible to give this establishment zero stars, I would! I went in for a dip manicure, everything seemed fine initially. However, after just six days, all my nails were cracked and chipping. Upon returning to have them fixed, I was met with dismissal and told they were busy. Despite offering to wait, others who arrived after me were being attended to first. I felt invisible and neglected. Eventually, the technician at booth number 2 approached me and suggested applying another top coat as a solution. This was unacceptable given the state of my nails. I left feeling disappointed, having spent $50 plus a $10 tip for subpar service. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone. I had a laser treatment performed by Marissa, and she did an amazing job! She’s personable, friendly, and made me feel completely at ease throughout the process. Marissa took the time to carefully explain each step of the procedure and talked me through everything as it was happening. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent service.
