If it were possible to give this establishment zero stars, I would! I went in for a dip manicure, everything seemed fine initially. However, after just six days, all my nails were cracked and chipping. Upon returning to have them fixed, I was met with dismissal and told they were busy. Despite offering to wait, others who arrived after me were being attended to first. I felt invisible and neglected. Eventually, the technician at booth number 2 approached me and suggested applying another top coat as a solution. This was unacceptable given the state of my nails. I left feeling disappointed, having spent $50 plus a $10 tip for subpar service. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place to anyone. Improved customer service training is necessary for all staff, particularly the technician at booth number 4 who needs to grasp the proper process for a dip manicure.
My daughter adores visiting this place, we have pampered her nails here multiple times over the past 5 years, and they treat her like royalty on every visit. I am truly grateful for their kindness and understanding towards my little fashionista who constantly changes her mind about colors and styles. We have experienced manicures here, even a full family pedicure, and they consistently deliver prompt, friendly, and exceptional customer service. The cleanliness here is outstanding, a crucial aspect for such establishments - although we have relocated from the area, we make the effort to return just to visit this place!
I visited to have my nails removed to allow my natural nails to grow, but unfortunately, the technician ended up cutting my real nails and showed no concern. Instead of soaking off the artificial nails, he forcefully pried them off, causing me pain. When I expressed discomfort, he disregarded my feelings and assured me it was fine. I paid and left, but I won't be returning as my experience was unpleasant and painful.
