Joy in Sorrow Tattoo

I will definitely recommend Sasha to everyone I know! I am in love with my patriotism tribute tattoo that Sasha did for me, it is everything I had hoped it would be and more and makes me emotional every time I look at it! Sasha is so incredibly sweet, talented, and welcoming and made me feel so comfortable throughout my entire appointment. I truly cannot say enough good things, my experience was phenomenal!

Sasha is one of the most awesome tattoo artists I have gotten the pleasure to be tattooed by. The attention to detail is insane in the literal best way possible. I'm so happy with my tattoo! I can't recommend Sasha and Joy in Sorrow highly enough!! First and foremost, her art is incredible. She gave me a lovely wolf on an oak branch, and the detail, shading, and personality in the piece is just gorgeous. More than that however, the experience was wonderful. Sasha has an incredibly gentle touch, so this was far and away my easiest tattoo. She’s also very interested in making sure your entire experience is comfortable, so she gives you tons of options on the environment: whether in terms of if you just want a no-talking experience or if you want to stream a show/movie. Her space is clean, warm, and comfortable, and has anything you might want to make you feel completely at-ease, whether it’s your first tattoo or hundredth. She spent a ton of time with me exploring different options for my tattoo, and I never felt rushed or pressured to decide - I got to make the choice in my own time after getting her ideas and advice. I would say if you are looking at getting your first tattoo, I would especially recommend coming to Joy in Sorrow. Sasha gives such great advice in self-advocacy, and really takes time to explain anything you might want to know - I wish my first tattoo had been here when I got it years ago. 😊
