After perusing reviews, I specifically chose Gladys for my massage, and she surpassed all expectations! Her attentiveness and care made me feel completely at ease. She radiates genuine kindness and concern, creating a nurturing environment. Notably, the presence of a safety/panic button on each massage table, highlighted before the session, offers reassurance that immediate assistance is available if needed. I arrived burdened but left feeling remarkably relaxed, light, and rejuvenated. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment!
I admire the warm and friendly demeanor of the staff and technicians. Some of the individuals at the reception desk could enhance their initial welcoming approach. Yet, I've observed that post-service, they exhibit a more amiable and inviting attitude during check-out.
