They performed exceptionally well!!! Outstanding service! Unbeatable prices! Without a doubt, my new nail specialist. Despite living far in Chicago, I am more than willing to make the journey to have my nails done by them.
I adore this nation. I've visited twice already and they never fail to impress. They are kind and very reasonably priced! Alex is a gem. I would recommend visiting them, their sibling, or the individual who works there. Sorry, not great with names. After three years of searching, I have finally found my new nail sanctuary.
It pains me deeply to pen this evaluation as I have received excellent nail services here but lacking customer care. Having such a dreadful experience on my birthday was the final straw. - Instructed by the proprietor to seek services elsewhere due to my pickiness and sensitivity - Applied green antiseptic on my wounded hands - Made insinuations that I was a challenging client despite only requesting nude, pink, clear, or French-tip nails - Felt offended after years of loyalty when Proprietor Alex mentioned I complain excessively when they accidentally cut me, and suggested I find a salon where I won't get cut. (By the way, this was the first time I spoke up after enduring multiple cuts and bleeding fingers) Felt extremely uneasy as the technicians kept glancing at me and conversing amongst themselves while I was being reprimanded. - Proprietor Alex was rough with my hands while filing and conversing with me. Clearly irritated that she had to tend to my nails. - At one point, directed me to read their policy on no refunds after departure and nail repair regulations. - Sustained multiple cuts on my skin - A patron for over four years and provided numerous opportunities - Appreciate the exceptional work done by the male technicians. The two gentlemen are truly skilled. - Accused me of deliberately damaging my nails while repairing a few broken ones a few days later due to thin acrylic application. - My sole regret is failing to document the bleeding skin and owner, Alex's rude remarks. - Truly unfortunate as I have frequented this place for years, and this was undoubtedly the worst encounter amidst some questionable visits to this nail salon. They did rectify my nails, but I was genuinely disheartened the entire day.
