I harbor apprehension and caution when it comes to scheduling massages, but this establishment exceeded my expectations! The receptionists exuded sweetness, professionalism, and friendliness. After perusing reviews, I specifically chose Gladys for my massage, and she surpassed all expectations! Her attentiveness and care made me feel completely at ease. She radiates genuine kindness and concern, creating a nurturing environment. Notably, the presence of a safety/panic button on each massage table, highlighted before the session, offers reassurance that immediate assistance is available if needed. I arrived burdened but left feeling remarkably relaxed, light, and rejuvenated. Visited in March for prom hair styling. Curls fell out quickly, and post-wash, curls would not hold due to heat damage. Prior to salon visit, curls were healthy and bouncy. Still recovering in June. I visited this salon for a gel manicure and pedicure. The customer service was outstanding right from the moment I stepped in! The staff is incredibly friendly and eager to assist. My experience was phenomenal. I have very delicate nails, and SAMANTHA was so gentle that I didn't flinch once. Samantha recommended some enhancements for my hands that I never thought possible due to my nail sensitivity. Please see the photo. I am absolutely thrilled with my new nails. Thank you all so much.
