The M. Parlor Salon is a charming salon in Fountain Hills (AZ). Holly styled my hair, and she is AMAZING! So friendly and engaging to chat with! She took the time to grasp my desired haircut, and I absolutely adore it! Brought my two daughters along, and they were thrilled with their haircuts. Prices are VERY reasonable! Will definitely be back!
