I hold conflicting views on this evaluation. I awarded 5 stars for the service. My dipped nails were truly stunning, and the pricing was more reasonable than my previous spa experience. Regrettably, the spa's ventilation did not meet standards. I had to request a 😷 mask and could only breathe through my mouth. The fumes likely did not comply with necessary public health regulations. I hope this issue is resolved to safeguard employees and the public from health concerns.
I arrived today for a full set with gel and received a pedicure without gel, costing $95 with a $10tip. Two different individuals assisted me with my nails. However, I was not satisfied with my toe nails. The polish appeared messy and piled on. At $95, I found it a bit steep. On the other hand, my nails looked great. The toe work seemed like I did it myself. Unsure if I will return. 8/11/24
Traveling from CA, I opted to treat my dear cousin to her first pedicure. We chose Jen's Deluxe for her inaugural experience, and it was absolutely worth it! Both of our pedicurists were exceptional. I have challenging feet to work on, so I truly appreciate when I can relax during the process. My cousin also thoroughly enjoyed her treatment, especially the hot stone leg massage. Both technicians were professional, meticulous, and skilled. I was also grateful for securing a same-day appointment, as I was only in town for one more day. Thank you, Jen's!!
