India was an absolute pleasure! She paid close attention to detail and made sure I was satisfied with the outcome. I hold all the hairdressers at this salon in high regard. I hope they appreciate me as much as I appreciate them. It is advisable to call and book an appointment in advance, as walk-ins are rarely accommodated. The cost for a shampoo and cut was $22. Despite my limited mobility, everyone has been incredibly patient with me. I am truly grateful! This feedback was provided two months ago.
If I could rate this experience with 0 stars, I definitely would. The individual at the front desk provided subpar service. I requested a dye job, but was dissatisfied with the outcome, despite paying $180. When I expressed my disappointment, the individual became irate. The result was not what I had in mind. I strongly advise against visiting this establishment. It appears that the stylists lack the necessary skills for their profession. I will now have to seek out another stylist to rectify my hair situation.
Theresa is exceptional. I have entrusted her with cutting my hair for approximately 3 years now, and she consistently delivers a great cut. The ambiance in the salon is quite pleasant.
