I’ve visited this farm before and had pleasant experiences, so I returned with my brother to gather fresh produce for Thanksgiving. My brother is a chef, this is relevant... We arrived at 6:40 after inquiring about availability over the phone, and ended up waiting for 2 hours to pick our harvest. We didn't leave until 10:15. My harvest was collected first, so I left to fetch my son and prepare a meal. Upon my return, my brother's harvest was not even halfway completed, so I shared some snacks with him because I KNOW he's hungry. After returning to my car, the elder lady tending to his harvest called him a fool for eating while harvesting. Are you truly serious right now? He's a CHEF and we've been here much longer than anticipated, so YES I fed him? The lady was on her mobile device the entire time, either engaged in a call or watching her shows. I am dissatisfied with my harvest; the quality is acceptable, but the presentation is lacking. I left a tip of only 5$ because you've kept us here for 4 hours and the experience was subpar. I genuinely considered retracting my tip, especially after the individual who tended to my harvest made a very audible remark about the tip being 5$. Typically, I tip 15-25$ based on satisfaction and service. I was tempted to rescind my tip after his comment. It took nearly 2 hours for my brother's harvest to be completed, and I have never encountered such a delay. Very disheartened today.

Alexis is incredibly skilled and she excels in customer service. She styled my 5 year old daughter's hair yesterday and not only did she deliver an exceptional haircut, she also kept my daughter calm and entertained throughout the process. Truly top-notch service.
