I drove down from West Chester because Andrea was filling in and helping Shannon! Andrea did EXACTLY what I asked and wanted! I was the last customer of the day, Shannon was cleaning up but came over and chatted with me too. I felt like I had known him my whole life too!!!! Thank you for listening to your customers……I WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK!!!!! ♥️
I just got a cut and asked for it to be i short. Now that I got home and wet it down and brushed it myself it is the worst haircut I've ever gotten. Sorry but it true. It looks like someone put a bowl wit a broken handle on my head and cut around it. Most of the time I go there they do a great job but this is the first time this person cut my hair and she cut it like I was a 12 year old boy. Also. 25:00 plus tip is for a 10 minute hair cut is out of control. I guess I will go to a good barber and just have someone cut it off and start over.
I would recommend 100% I had Celeste fix a hair crises and she did absolutely FANTASTIC! Her and the whole staff was so amazing! They were humorous, very nice and made you feel like you’ve been friends your whole life. They made you feel very welcomed and comfortable. I couldn’t stop smiling when I left because my hair made me feel so confident and happy! She was really nice to my wild little cousin as she acted like she owned the place 😂 PLEASE, if you want your hair done. I recommend it! The boss was very nice too and was so quick to correct any unsatisfactory.
