This marked my second visit to this nail spa, and my nail technician was Billy. Let me tell you, he truly excelled in his craft! I have been on the lookout for a new technician, and I have found him. I was particularly impressed by his attention to detail, especially in delicately placing the jewels without using excess glue. His dedication to his work truly shines through. A heartfelt thanks for the stunning birthday nail set! #BigVirgo Just a heads up, the second set of nails was from 2024.
Overall, my experience was delightful. The nail technician did a fantastic job painting my toes exactly as I requested. I would rate the service 4 stars due to the slightly cramped feeling caused by the oversized, unused furniture in the space. There is room for improvement in the environment, but the service itself deserves a solid 5-star rating.
November 22 I went in and treated myself to a pedicure, opting for the lavender Pedi which cost 55. To my surprise, I left with scratches on my leg caused by the abrasive scrub products used during the treatment. Although I have always frequented this establishment for my pedicures without issue, this time was different. The attendant acknowledged the scratches, apologized, and continued the service. The sensation was akin to glass cutting my skin, and I am left feeling disappointed. However, I must commend her for the excellent job on other aspects of the pedicure.
