Every visit is a delightful experience from the moment I enter until I depart. The front desk team is incredibly welcoming and supportive, the therapists consistently exhibit professionalism, politeness, and impressive skills, while the management is always actively involved and ready to assist! With services ranging from facials to professional stretching and massage, they cater to all needs, ensuring that every client leaves feeling rejuvenated! I can confidently say that anyone booking any of these services will never be disappointed! I will definitely be returning to this establishment!
Member since 2022. Had to cancel due to financial strain caused by inflation. I started the cancellation process in early May, called the designated person, who was only present on that specific day and happened to be on vacation. Despite calling three times, I never received a callback (evidenced by logs disproving her claim of calling back). In-person interactions revealed that the receptionists were inexperienced and lacked training, often unsure of how to proceed unless following instructions on their computer screen. The burden of handling all the necessary steps fell on a mother of four. After two months of inaction, I made a straightforward call and informed the receptionist of my requirements. She was so apprehensive about dealing with a dissatisfied customer that the manager decided to BAR me from the premises! I JUST WANT TO CANCEL. Ironically, being banned was my goal, haha. It seems you can't even voice complaints about services anymore without facing repercussions. I refrained from insults or profanity throughout the entire ordeal.
