I am extremely let down to discover ALL my bonus points were erased! I got NO text, email, or mail notifying me my account was expiring. Alecia mentioned, "Oh, my apologies. We can establish a new account for you." Seriously, why should I agree to that? I reached out to Aveda's headquarters and got NO reply. I will not return.
