I visited for a few days as a travel nurse. Did my research to find a top-rated nail salon. The staff was friendly initially but got overwhelmed with more customers. Felt rushed, not well taken care of, and disliked my nails. The initial technician seemed irritated and became snappy. The owner had to intervene to fix my nails. They're uneven and the color is lackluster. A better attitude and patience with non-regular customers could have improved the experience. I won't return, but others may have a better time.
The recent proprietor of this nail salon is incredibly kind, hardworking, and deeply committed to customer satisfaction. Highly recommend this salon for anyone looking to pamper their mothers, girlfriends, etc.
