I have had a fantastic experience here so far. Still a few weeks left but can already see a big improvement. Bailey, Jordan, and Taylor have all been great to work with. Bailey in particular is so approachable and easy to work with. I trust her completely and never hesitate to ask questions because she is always happy to explain the reasoning behind an exercise or make something clear to me. Highly recommend!
I have been going to the east end location for 4 months now and couldn't be more pleased with my experience. The physical therapist, Bailey, and all of the staff are incredibly thorough, supportive, and friendly. Having seen many doctors for other health reasons, I always feel like I'm being heard and treated with compassion here which hasn't always been my experience in other settings. Also, the communications with Bailey make it easy to keep up with the prescribed exercises at home to keep improving. They're very timely with appointments as well. You won't be disappointed here!
