Upon arriving at the establishment, I found it to be clean, pleasant, and calming. The employees were welcoming and kind. My waxing was done by Rose, and she was exceptional. This was by far my most pleasant waxing session. It was quick, painless, and comfortable. I plan on returning for other services like laser treatments and facials. I highly recommend this flawless waxing experience.
The staff at Serene Spa are incredibly kind, professional, and knowledgeable! They take the time to ensure that their procedures and environment are safe, clean, hygienic, and efficient. They make you feel valued, welcomed, and like a part of their community. Initially, I visited for waxing, but I am now looking forward to starting laser hair removal with them. Their products are gentle and effective on the skin.
