Just finished a session with Alex, and I must say it was an EXCEPTIONAL massage experience. I reside in California and am currently visiting, and I sincerely wish Alex practiced in California as well because I would become a regular client if possible. The attention to detail and thoroughness were remarkable. It felt like Alex understood my body and its needs intuitively. I have never felt this relaxed after a massage. Alex is truly the finest therapist I have encountered, and I cannot praise them enough.
The most dreadful massage encounter I've ever had. My supposed 60-minute session lasted only 40 minutes in total. The therapist clearly lacked training and experience, frequently applying pressure on bones instead of muscles. This place is a complete sham. Steer clear at all costs.
This establishment consistently fails to provide deep tissue massages. How can a masseuse or prominent massage chain neglect to offer deep tissue massages? It's quite perplexing. I've visited this location over five times with five different therapists, and I consistently fail to receive the desired service. Despite requesting deep/firm pressure, it is not delivered. I do not recommend this place. It's preferable to spend an extra $50 to visit a reputable spa with well-trained masseurs.
