Each time I step foot in this establishment, I am greeted with warmth and a sense of anticipation. I have visited with a variety of individuals, including my daughter and her close friend for a special birthday celebration. The technicians here don't just view you as a mere customer but as a valued individual. They not only engage in conversation but also maintain a personal connection throughout.
Absolutely dreadful experience. The individual who attended to my nails was excessively rough, resulting in a painful cut on my left hand while tending to the cuticles, followed by an excessive application of alcohol. Furthermore, the overall lack of care and rough handling by all staff members was evident. I strongly advise against visiting Lovely Nails if you seek a polished nail look. The nails turned out thick, uneven, and the supposed gems were simply dots, as shown in the photos I provided. Despite clearly expressing my desire for gemstones. Moreover, the nails began falling off after just two days. Additionally, in a rush, the technician spilled nail polish on my skin, then vigorously scrubbed it off, causing irritation. I urge you to avoid this establishment.
