We have procured 2 hot tubs and are thrilled with the customer service and care!!! We recently reached out to Patio Splash to service our hot tub. Casey is our service person and she has executed an excellent job, draining, cleaning, filling, adding chemicals, and a new filter for us!!! She is a great individual, very professional and courteous. We highly recommend Patio Splash for all your hot tub needs!!
We procured our hot tub from Morgan about 3 years ago and it was the best decision made. She made the process easy, especially since we desired the floor show model and we had the tub the next couple of days. We visit every couple of months to obtain filters and chemicals and they are so accommodating.
