I adore going to Royal Nails and I consistently have an amazing experience! The team is welcoming, attentive, and incredibly skilled. My nails always turn out stunning, exactly as I envisioned, without fail. The salon is immaculate and creates a serene ambiance. I wholeheartedly recommend Royal Nails to anyone seeking top-notch service and exquisite nails!
I came to this salon some time ago and it was the most dreadful nail salon experience I have EVER had. Not only did my nails look dreadful, but I ended up with an infection on the 2 fingers they trimmed. Their prices were significantly higher than most places, and on top of that, they used unclean tools on my bleeding fingers! The individual working on my nails seemed inexperienced, evident from the numerous cuts and poorly applied acrylic. My nails appeared as if they were done by a novice. The work areas were so chaotic that I had no space to place my bag or drink. How can they justify charging such high prices without having clean tools, tidy work areas, or better-trained staff? This establishment could potentially be transmitting bloodborne diseases through unclean tools. I was furious and repulsed. I wouldn't accept any service from here even if you paid me.
Max and Sam are exceptional. Always courteous and deliver outstanding results. The pedicures by Max are top-notch. They take their time and provide exactly what you request. I won't be going to any other nail salon. It's a cozy little salon and very calming.
