Mariah is truly exceptional! I have entrusted her with my hair journey since 2020, and she has never disappointed. Whether it's fun fantasy colors or more elegant shades, she excels at her craft. What sets her apart is her dedication to keeping my hair healthy and vibrant. ❤️
My mother came in for a haircut this evening. She requested her hair to be shoulder length, with no texture or layers, just a straight cut across. Upon noticing that the stylist, Ella Rodriguez, was not following her clear instructions, she repeatedly reminded her to keep it straight and not too short. Despite this, the stylist insisted she "knew what she was doing" and proceeded to cut the hair as she pleased. Unfortunately, my mother left the salon in tears as her hair was ruined with random long pieces left behind.
I entered the salon feeling confident and excited about getting layers and a trim. However, upon returning home and styling my hair, I was shocked and devastated. The layers were much shorter than I wanted, and I ended up in tears. Ariana rushed through the process, resulting in an unacceptable outcome. Mariah informed me that they do not offer refunds, only the option to return for a fix by her or Ariana. Why would I trust them to fix my hair when they were the ones who ruined it in the first place? This salon's service is terrible, and their refusal to refund is unfair. I will never return.
