The studio is inviting, spotless, and roomy. I contacted in a panic due to a dreadful highlight experience at another salon. Angell promptly consulted me and we devised a plan for my hair. A week later she performed wonders. My wedding was 3 months away and to say she rescued my hair is an understatement, she rescued my wedding day! I have faithfully kept up with my appointments, something I never did at other salons, but I admire her skill and service so much! Definitely worth every cent! I relocate frequently and finding someone you have faith in with your hair can be quite challenging. All I can express is I wish I had come here initially, but my negative experience led me here and I'm so grateful it did! Scheduled with Maricruz but found out she had to leave due to an emergency. Other staff showed attitude. Maricruz's response to my message was dismissive. A simple text about the cancellation would have been appreciated. No attempt to reschedule. Disappointing and unprofessional. Not recommended for new clients. Your time won't be valued.
