The individual in charge consistently avoids answering calls and opts for text messages, displaying unprofessional behavior for a business. The posted hours are not adhered to, and when questioned, the response is simply a vague promise to be present on another day.
A substandard job was done as a piercing gun was used for the tragus piercing, potentially causing severe harm. The pain I am experiencing due to the incorrect piercing method may lead me to seek medical attention. Additionally, the wrong type of ear piercing was used instead of the appropriate one.
