I stopped by to browse and see the variety of styles they offer, and I was impressed with their extensive selection. The staff was knowledgeable and able to address many of my queries. However, Lexi was exceptionally helpful, providing me with tips and suggesting easier piercings to care for, especially considering I am new to getting them!
I have visited this establishment multiple times, but I do not plan on returning. I can find the same jewelry online for a lower price, but I chose to come here for the convenience, especially due to the variety available. The male staff member was impolite and, if I hadn't been vigilant, would have physically pushed me aside to attend to another customer. It appears that the staff lacks expertise in piercing jewelry and allergies. When I mentioned my metal allergy and inquired about titanium and surgical steel due to my reactions to steel, instead of discussing any potential organic options or engaging in a dialogue, they simply informed me that nothing would be suitable for me and advised against making a purchase. I tried to explain that it's not possible to be allergic to titanium and was going to mention that titanium plating would be fine for me, but I was cut off and discouraged from making a purchase. Being dissuaded from spending my money by a salesperson speaks volumes. The fact that the staff at Spencer's is more helpful than a store with a mall kiosk speaks volumes. I do not recommend this place to anyone with even a single query. If you don't have any restrictions on jewelry, you may not need to interact with them, which seems to be their preference.
Dakota L. was the representative who assisted my friend and me. She was extremely courteous, approachable, and easy to converse with! She provided excellent assistance in selecting jewelry for my friend. She also did a fantastic job piercing my earlobes, and the result is absolutely stunning! I will definitely return for more jewelry soon.
