2. No nail shaping or filing. Had to ask multiple times to file a nail that accidentally got cut down in dip removal. 3. Nail got cut and then created a hang nail. 4. Had to ask for a third coat of gel polish because you could see how terrible my nails looked through the polish. 5. Polish left all over fingers. Nice.
This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. I had scheduled an appointment for dip removal and gel manicure. The entire process lasted less than 25 minutes.
