The staff at this establishment is incredibly disorganized. I had made an appointment for two people to have gel fillings three weeks in advance, scheduled for 12:30pm. However, by 1:00pm, we had yet to receive any service. I was informed that I needed to wait, as the technician wanted to start with my daughter's nails before attending to me. Given that each person would take an hour, I would not be leaving until after 3:00pm, even though our appointments were supposed to conclude by 1:30pm. This level of delay is unacceptable. When I expressed my frustration, the two technicians present, with limited proficiency in English, tried to shift the blame onto me. Their behavior was highly unprofessional, and the management of the salon was clearly lacking. I strongly advise against patronizing this establishment.

Kim is absolutely fantastic. My nails always turn out beautifully and last for at least 3 weeks, even though I typically schedule a fill every 2 weeks. She conducts herself in a professional and pleasant manner. The salon boasts a wide array of gel polish options, and the service is prompt, especially since I always book an appointment. While the salon may not be as lavishly decorated as some others that charge exorbitant prices for subpar service, I highly recommend it to anyone seeking durable acrylic nails at a reasonable rate.

I have frequented this hair salon for a while now. Today, I decided to treat myself to a session. Having visited numerous establishments, I am accustomed to being asked about my preferences before the service begins. However, this time, the technician only inquired about the length I desired. As she applied the acrylic, my nails started to burn due to the excessive amount she was using instead of opting for a more delicate approach. When I mentioned this to my mother, the technician abruptly stopped and declared she wouldn't continue if I was dissatisfied, without attempting to rectify the issue. Eventually, she completed the job, but the nails on one hand were noticeably different from the other. I am unsure if she is the owner, but I would caution against seeking services from the woman with the short haircut at the first station unless you are indifferent to the quality of the outcome.
