I have been a patron here for about 3 years and am generally content with the service. Kim is exceptional, always fully booked and busy! She consistently nails the shape and designs. I highly recommend scheduling with her as there are usually a few clients waiting for her services. Amy is usually good but can be a bit rough with buffing/filing. I have left with very sore cuticles and skin at times. Despite this, she always gets the designs right. This salon is often bustling, so if you are in a hurry, it's best to make an appointment.
First visit to this salon. Came in for a gel French tip manicure. The French tips were uneven, some thicker than others. When I inquired about the cost, the man said $42, then Kim said no, $45. Had to request multiple times for the man to fix the tips. Immediately after leaving, it chipped. Upon calling, was instructed to return for a fix. Returned the next day for a fix. Once again, the following day it chipped. I've had manicures done many times elsewhere and they never chip right away. Poor quality product.
Only two stars because I was seated promptly. The technician with red hair and side bangs was unprofessional. She engaged in side conversations in her native tongue and chuckled after I requested a simple pedicure with regular polish. Constantly pushed for extra services, which was quite irritating. Rushed through my service and left polish on the skin. Sprayed my feet with cold water, and when I mentioned it, she turned it to super hot. Very passive-aggressive. First and last time at this salon. It's important to provide exceptional service to clients even when they opt for basic services.
